I don’t know why I named this post “raspberry lemonade smoothie”! It should have been called raspberry banana smoothie instead because there’s more banana in here than lemon juice.
The smoothie isn’t even sour and the raspberry’s flavor overpowers the banana flavor. Anyway, it’s a healthy delicious smoothie so definitely try it.

Raspberries – are packed with vitamins A, B6, & C. They also contain a good amount of omega-3 fatty acids, manganese, fiber, calcium, and zinc.
Drinking raspberry smoothies can help improve eye, skin, and bone health. Plus, they help with constipation and heart health.
Banana – contain vitamins B6 & C. They are also high in potassium, magnesium, manganese, and fiber. Adding bananas to your smoothies helps increase energy levels and improve muscle function. Bananas also contain some prebiotics making them excellent for gut health.
