Raspberry Iced Latte Benefits

Almond milk – is a great alternative to regular milk, it’s low in calories and rich in vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids. All plant-based milk is great for those who are lactose intolerant.

Brewed Coffee – isn’t just there for the taste, apparently, brewed coffee has a ton of health benefits as well. This article from Johns Hopkins explains why you need to add coffee to your diet!

Vanilla extract – also contains health benefits. Studies show that vanilla extract has anti-bacterial and anti-depressant properties. With that being said, you can only get these benefits from 100% vanilla extract.

Raspberries – are rich in antioxidants and vitamin C which are both great for reducing oxidative stress and cell damage. That’s why I recommend making your own raspberry simple syrup at home.
