They’ve not only helped me lose weight but also improved my health as well. So here is my favorite crunchy detox salad recipe I highly recommend you try!
So we all know that the body already has its own natural detoxification system so why do we even need to detox? Well, it’s because we accumulate so many toxins from foods, drinks, and the environment that our kidneys, liver, and digestive system start to lag.
This is when we need to give it a boost, like a restart, we have to cut down on sugar, fatty, and processed foods and start adding fresh fruits, vegetables, and detox drinks to our diet. Once we do, it’s like resetting our natural detoxification system and we begin to feel rejuvenated and healthy.
