Ingredients for 1 serving | Total time: 5 minutes
- 1 cup of water (cold)
- 1/2 cup of ice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (fresh)
- 2 tablespoons of raspberry simple syrup
- 2 slices of fresh lemon (garnish)
- 1 sprig of mint leaf (garnish)
- 1/2 tablespoon of raw honey (optional)
How To Make This Raspberry Lemonade
Start by mixing the raspberry simple syrup and lemon juice with the water until well combined. If you are adding in honey, mix it with the water and syrup as well.
In another 300ml glass, add the ice and place the lemon slices behind the ice so that it shows on the outside of the glass.
Next, pour the raspberry mixture over the ice and garnish with mint sprig. Voila, you’re done!

Variations
There are so many ways to make this lemonade, I sometimes add a slice of crushed ginger to water and boil it for a few minutes before straining it and adding the the raspberry syrup and lemon juice.
I’ve read a few recipes that add orange juice instead of water and have yet to try it. I’ll let you guys know when I do. You could also use mint tea instead of water to give this lemonade a raspberry mint flavor.
Storage
If you plan on making this ahead of time, I suggest mixing all of the ingredients and placing it in the fridge. Once you are ready to serve, you can pour the lemonade over the ice.
