So I’ve been diagnosed with rheumatism which is inflammation of the joints, muscles, and bones. I have no idea why I have it because no one in my family does. Anyway, here’s what helps me cope with the constant pain naturally.
- I eat a low-calorie diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and protein
- I go for 1 hour walks 4-5 times per week
- I try to get enough sleep even though its nearly impossible with 4 kids
- I drink 8 glasses of water daily
- I have been losing weight since forever
- I drink turmeric and ginger tea daily
- And finally, I try to get vitamin D from natural sunlight daily.
I am sure that there are many other ways to reduce inflammation naturally but the ones above helped me reduce my CRP levels (C-reactive protein) in less than 2 weeks.
