  • 1 medium pineapple core and peel 
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1-inch ginger root
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon of organic raw honey
  • 1 stick of cinnamon
  • 1/2 a lemon juice

How To Make Pineapple Tea For Weight Loss

To make your pineapple tea, the first thing you wanna do is wash the pineapple skin. It’s a great idea to soak the pineapple skin in a bowl of clean water with a little bit of salt or vinegar for at least an hour before using.
