  • 1 cup of baby spinach (washed)
  • 4 broccoli florets

  • 5-6 strawberries (washed)
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon of flaxseeds (soaked in 12 tablespoons of water for 2 minutes)
  • 1/2 cup of water or ice cubes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of organic honey (optional)

Combine all of the ingredients above in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Add in the ice cubes or water if the smoothie is too thick.
